BIG TOP BULLIES CONTRACT

1. Seller agrees Pup/Dog will be received by the buyer in good health condition having received all dewormings and shots required per the dogs age.  Pup/Dog will be received by the buyer with a complete health record and all registration certificates necessary to transfer ownership.  If Pup/Dog requires shipping, any registration certificates will be sent seperately by certified mail with delivery confirmation.  Buyer agrees Pup/Dog received to be of pet quality.  Seller does not guarantee pups to be show quality.  Seller also makes no guarantee of size or weight at maturity.
2. Buyers placing deposits agree that pup will be picked up/shipped by 8 weeks of age.  Buyer agrees that the deposits are non-refundable and failure to pick up Pup/Dog or accept delivery at 8 weeks of age makes agreement void and results in forfeiture of deposit.  Any money paid prior to the age of 6 weeks will be considered part of the deposit.  Deposits are NOT refundable but they are transferable.
3. If your Pup requires shipping there will be an additional $300 charge to cover health certificate, crate, and flight.  All shipping fees must be paid in full by 8 weeks age or all funds paid will be forfeited.  Shipping date will be agreed upon by both Buyer and Seller, and scheduled upon flight times offered by airline.
4. We will begin taking deposits when pregnancy is confirmed.  Photos will be available before 5 weeks of age for viewing only.  Picks will begin at 5 weeks of age in the order of deposits received and must be complete at 6 weeks of age.
5. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that Seller has contact information to be able to reach you.  If Buyer should move, change of phone number, etc...it is the Buyers responsibility to notify Seller.  Seller will not attempt to contact buyer through extrodinary measures, if Seller cannot contact Buyer at the time for picks to be made, Buyers pick will be sold and deposit forfeited.
6. Terms of payment are:  cash (only in person, NEVER MAIL CASH!), certified check, money order, and paypal.  Personal checks are not accepted.  Payments on Pup/Dog prior to shipping date is not required but are accepted.  Contact Seller for mailing address.  Seller encourages every Buyer to send all payments with delivery confirmation.
7. If you have any questions, ask them before sending a deposit.  Sending a deposit indicates that you understand and agree to all conditions contained herein. Purchaser confirms that they have read and agree to all terms set within this agreement/contract and understands that this is a legal and binding contract.
